TL;DR - a few people will get surveys tonight, and the rest of the surveys will go out over the next few days!
BackerKit has fully reviewed our fulfilment survey, and we've sent out the initial batch! About 5% of you will receive our survey tonight which will serve as our initial test run. Once we've deemed that test successful, we'll be sending out the rest of the surveys!
We also wanted to remind you again that due to production limitations - we have made add-ons available, but there will be an additional shipping cost. All add-ons will ship after the original Kickstarter tiers are fulfilled.

Hidey ho everyone,
Thank you all so much for your support over this last month. Our Kickstarter journey has been a wild ride and we are so happy to share it with you! We never expected to blow up this much and we are humbled by everyone's support. Thank you all!
What's next?
We are still working with the BackerKit team to make sure our survey is finalized and is as seamless as possible. We have a few open questions we are working through which we expect to resolve in next week or two. For the BackerKit survey expect the following:
- Select what sets you would like for your appropriate pledge level
- Have the option to change your paint color to Black, White, Silver, or Lemon Peel (for a small additional cost)
- Add any additional sets or additional individual D20s/D6s (Please note additional sets or dice will ship after all original pledges are satisfied and will incur a small additional shipping charge.)
We will keep you updated when the survey is ready to go but feel free to reach out with any questions!
Can you help me select what dice set I want?
Pictures and video can only show you so much so please feel free to ask us questions about the different variations and we will answer as best as we can. We shared this in our last update, but here is a video of the dice rotating at slower speed to help you get a feel for each set!
We've also posted a couple of photographs in outdoor natural light to help get a better feel for the coloring as well.
Lastly, you can look forward to getting an update every other week ask we start the ball rolling on fulfilment.

We are excited to be entering the final 10 days of the Elemental Dice Kickstarter Campaign! We have been hard at work on the BackerKit and the potential add-ons we can offer.

Additional Individual Dice Survey Results
A short while ago we sent out a survey to answer the question: If you could purchase additional single dice as an add-on (rather than a full set) which kind of die would you want? The number one response was D20s followed closely by D6s.
We have decided that we can offer both D20s and D6s. We don't want to compromise our delivery estimates, so all add-ons will be shipped AFTER all Kickstarter pledges are fulfilled.
We're only a two person team, so we don't want to over promise, but still wanted to give you the flexibility to get what you want!
Additional Sets
On the BackerKit we will also allow you to purchase additional sets of dice on top of your pledge. You can purchase as many sets as you like, but any additional sets you add-on in the BackerKit will be created and shipped after all original Kickstarter tiers are fulfilled.
So if you pledge to receive one set of dice in the Kickstarter, and then added on more dice in the BackerKit, you can expect two shipments: your original pledge on the estimated ship date and then your additional dice once all Kickstarter tiers are fulfilled. Please note, there will be an additional cost in the BackerKit for add-on shipping.

Typos, New Paint Options, and Non-Standard Set Options

Hi everyone, I hope you are well. Thank you again for the continued support!
This week has been going well and lots of you have been reaching out with great thoughts and insights so I wanted to send this update to tackle the frequently asked questions.
What is a D7 ?!?
It looks like we made a small error on all of the descriptions for all our tiers. Each tier says something along the lines of:
"X of any unlocked dice set of your choice. Each set includes D20, D12, D10, D%, D8, D6, and D7."
As a few of you pointed out, this D7 should say D4 instead. Turns out LadyDM is a pretty bad speller! All of the sets we are offering are standard sets of seven. We hope this didn't cause too much confusion for anyone! Each set sent will have a D4 and NOT a D7.
Different paint options for numbers
There have been some questions about the readability of the numbers' paint colors on each set. Photography can be tricky depending on the light source and some numbers may seem to 'pop' more than others. I personally think the best representation of the number paint can be seen in our videos. I am cutting together a new video showing all the dice sets in action and not just those in the original Kickstarter video. I'll respond with a link to that video in the comments section and share it out once I'm done. Please note that this video does not include Sunbeam Bliss just because it wasn't shot during that recording session.
In the BackerKit there will be an option to change what paint color you want for each of your sets for a small additional cost. Just to keep this manageable from a production standpoint, we are keeping the selection limited to only four choices for now: Black, White, Silver, and Lemon Peel (a bright yellow). Hopefully these options will alleviate concerns about color visibility!
Non-Standard Sets and Some Extra Dice
Just to give everyone a peak behind the curtain - the molds we are using are all homemade and require a lot of time to create and perfect. We are currently set up to make standard sets (20, 12, 10, %, 8, 6, and 4). It sounds like a LOT of people are interested in getting add-on dice and non-traditional sets, so I am going to spend some time making some extra molds.
I believe we could support offering add-on dice in BackerKit without heavily impacting our delivery estimates. For example, if you pledged for a single set in Kickstarter, in the Backerkit you would have an option to purchase extra matching dice.
With the limited time left in the campaign, I can offer only one extra type of die as an add-on since we need to start creating those extra molds now.
I am guessing D6s or D20s would be the most popular option but if you had the ability to purchase additional dice on top of your standard set which type of die would that be? D4, D6, D8, D10, D%, D12 or D20? Let us know in this survey: LINK
Whichever option is most popular in this survey we we will offer in the BackerKit as an add-on.

Unlockables, International Shipping, and Update Schedule

First of all, we wanted to thank everyone for all your support today. It's been quite a day for us with so many people reaching out with great positive feedback. We are so thankful for your support and this Kickstarter has done far better than we hoped. We are blown away!
Today, we were fully funded within three hours, Kickstarter has awarded us with the 'Project We Love' badge, and every tier was unlocked within the first seven hours of the campaign. It's been amazing!
With all of that out of the way we wanted to update you on a few things...
Unlockables
Every set has been unlocked so if you are interested in a set, it's yours! At the end of the campaign we will send out a Backerkit for you to select which set or sets you are interested in.

Please note, this is just for information purposes and will not be your final selection!
International Shipping
We launched this campaign without any international shipping plans. Since this is our first Kickstarter, we wanted to keep things as simple as possible. However, there has been a lot of interest outside of the US so we added two tiers for international shipping: One set or multiple sets. The unfortunate side effect for adding this late was that we did not have any Early Bird specials for those overseas. I apologize to those who missed out on this.
International shipping will be calculated separately as an additional cost in the Backerkit once the campaign is over.
Update Schedule
While we will be sending updates more frequently during the campaign, once the campaign is over we'll aim for an update once every two weeks. Hopefully, this schedule won't feel too intrusive but also keep you updated on our progress.
