Estimated Delivery for September

• Includes the following pledge levels: Early Bird 1/2/4 sets, and Wave 1 one set
• There are 141 total sets of dice sets in these pledge levels (not including any add-ons)
• As of today, 82 out of 141 sets are completed (58%) (woohoo!)
• We are finishing around 10 sets per week currently

Peak behind the curtain this week

• We carved out some time this week to create some new dice sets to post on social media!

Here's a few pictures of my photography process, and my crazy obsessed face when I'm looking at Evan's dice! I'm just so impressed with Evan's creativity and quality. He's really grown from the first convention we did a year ago!

Hi everyone, happy Saturday!

Production

Estimated Delivery for September

• Includes the following pledge levels: Early Bird 1/2/4 sets, and Wave 1 one set
• Includes 141 total sets of dice sets (not including any add-ons)
• As of today, 63 out of 141 sets are completed (45%)!
• We are finishing around 7-8 sets per week currently

Peak behind the curtain this week

• The new silicone we have been using has very successful
• We have spent this week remaking all of molds with the new silicone (56 molds!)
• We are hoping that these molds will help us create more sets per week due to less clean up time
• Fingers crossed!

Hi everyone, happy Friday!

We wanted to start getting into the groove of sending bi-weekly production updates so we can be as transparent with any issues we may be running into. 

Surveys

It looks like 22 of you have yet to fill out the survey or have incomplete surveys. We will be reaching out to to you directly to help through any issues you may be running into

Production

This first update is going to be pretty barebones but I hope to flesh this out a bit more. Please let me know if you have any feedback!

• We are finishing around 7-8 sets per week currently

Peak behind the curtain this week

• We have tried sanding using a potters wheel instead of all by hand which has been interesting
• We are also experimenting with a harder silicone type for our molds in an effort to further cut down on required sanding

Backerkit Survey Deadline

Hi everyone!

Just a quick update today. Next Wednesday, March 17th, we will be locking down your surveys. This means that you should get all your dice choices and add-ons finalized. Please reach out if you have any questions about the survey this week and we will be happy to answer as best as we can. 

Some of you have reached out and told us that you have not received the BackerKit email. Please direct message us and we will send you your BackerKit link if this is the case!

Finally, even though the survey will be locked down, you still will be able to update your mailing address through BackerKit if that changes at any point.

BackerKit Survey & International Shipping Updates

Hi all,

The survey is out - you should have received an email from BackerKit earlier today. Please let us know if you have any questions, so far 25% of people have locked down their survey!

So what's popular so far? Boundless Nebula and Night Sky are by far fan favorites, with Mint Rose and Poison Romance taking up the rear. ("BUMMER, Mint Rose is my faaaaavorite" - says Jules).

INTERNATIONAL BACKERS:

Thank you so much for your comments on the cost of shipping. We have found a cheaper way to ship your dice, and are able to reduce the cost to $28! The caveat to the cheaper shipping is that we won't be able to provide a tracking number, we hope this is an okay trade-off. (Thanks for bearing with us as we learn all about the ins and outs of shipping.)

Up next is production! Evan guessed that Night Sky would be a favorite selection and has been making tons of them the last few weeks in anticipation. We'll be sending out updates less frequently now that the major stuff is out of the way. You can expect to see an update every other week with our progress toward production and fulfilment.
